sorry for TMI

Hi all, I am 9 weeks pregnant and I'm getting the most horrendous sharp pains in my vagina and groin area :( also get them in my lower tummy and bum! I've had it from day one and had a Erly scan at 7 weeks and all was okay! Could anyone shed some light for me and tell me if it's anything worry about? I never had this with my first or a miscarriage I had at that I'm so confused it's agony day in day out! The more I'm on my feet the worst it gets!
