Big belly, No period for 52 days and not pregnant.

Hi, so I suffer from Polycystic ovaries. Ive been on the pill but the gynae stopped it for 6 months now that the 6 months passed he wants me back on it. I have to start it again when the period comes but its been 51 days since I saw last a period. I did a pregnany test but it resulted Negative. Also I had sysmptoms of period such as cramps and also pimples in my face but still nothing. Lately my belly got really huge. Can it be because the period skipped pls?
