AF came early:( or implantation??

Question

What's the difference? I can't tell! It's 5 DPO today and I have longer cycles, I wasn't due for AF for 2 and a half weeks. Does implantation bleeding occur this early? I'm so confused 😭it wasn't super light but not as heavy as usual, I didn't get much time to check it out though I quickly wiped and put a tampon in. Any info on this??

Implantation bleeding is like when you wipe and your urine on toilet paper has a tindge of pink to it or so. If its blood were you need a pad or tampon its your period. Most women dont even notice implantation bleeding. I only did with my second pregnancy and this is my third

I had it with my third. Only time I noticed. It was red but very small amout and only lastes a few hours. I was cramping horribly also.
