Miscarrisge

Well, we lost the baby. At what have been my 10 week appointment, the doctor was only measuring the fetus at 6 weeks. I would have began week 12 Wednesday and have been bleeding since Tuesday. It has gotten worse each day. Back pain, cramps, bleeding. Worse than a period. My question is though, will I be able to tell when I pass the fetus? Right now it's just big blood clots.
