Nervous to tell my manager

Hi everyone, I just wanted to get your perspective on telling you're  manager and coworkers about your pregnancy.  I had a miscarriage last year, and I'm now at a little over 12 weeks. I told a lot of friends and family last time and I am really anxious about telling my job. I don't have another appointment until March and I just want to make sure everything is still going well before I tell my job. Is that strange? I'm already starting to show and by March I'm sure I'll be showing a lot more. Id love any advice or insight.
