stay or leave?

So I've had a ton of drama occur between my so's family and myself. Especially the ladies in the family. I have officially decided since they literally started a circus of drama on our baby shower day and enjoyed every minute of it, and talk major crap about me behind my back, I have decided it's time to exclude myself. I have no interest in talking to them because everything I say gets either taken out of context or completely turned around and spread through my husbands large family. They caused me and my SO so much animosity in our relationship. And caused me so much anxiety I cannot fully forgive for that. Well, these ladies are ready to meet our newborn. I have no interest in seeing them or speaking to them anymore. My LO is breastfed so I am thinking about pumping and when they come I will leave the baby with him... but the problem is when they come they do not leave for hours. I don't have enough milk to pump for an all day event... so my question is do I leave and he can deal with telling them he only has so much milk. Or do I just stay here for my LO and stick to myself and not talk to them?
