20dpo and Cd7 no period. Advice

I was supposed to start the 9th which makes me a week late today. Took a test yesterday morning and it was negative. Everything I've read online seems to tell me that it could have been still too early to test. My cervix is closed now which tells me I was supposed to be on period from the 9th to the 14th. I have sore boobs, neasea, headaches, cravings and mild cramping. Thought about retesting at 24dpo which makes me 11 days late. Advice needed please
