Is this bad??

So, I've been sleeping with my bra since like forever, in 16 now, and probably last week I stared to sleep brakes, i really don't like it, but I've just been seeing stuff about how sleeping with your bra on can cause cancer, and i just got scared, but is it true tho??

It wont cause cancer but i think its better for your boobs... I personally cant sleep in a bra sometimes ill wear a bralette because i have my nips pierced and dont want them getting caught on anything but bras are so uncomfortable for me

I hate wearing bras tbh. When I first started wearing bras when I was 14, I wore them constantly. Like 24/7. I didn't even know that you were supposed to wash them, so I wore my first one for like 4 months without washing it? Now I wash my bras every two uses. I also only wear bras when I leave the house, which is about 2-4 days a week and i usually wear sports bras when I do cause I'm lazy 😂 it's just a personal preference of mine. I hate wearing clothes in general, but bras are especially restricting and make me feel suffocated. It isn't healthy to wear them so often either for multiple reasons, but I don't think it causes cancer. Keeping your phone in your bra can cause cancer though.

All my bras are underwired and after my sisters wire popped out and went through her armpit I have a fear of wearing a bra for too long. There was a lot of blood. Pretty sure it doesn't cause cancer though.

I fell asleep with my bra on once and it missed up my ribs. The muscles around my ribs were extremely sore for days. I never had a problem with sleeping in bra before this but I definitely make sure i take my bra off before i sleep now.

Like, it's definitely a preferred method of sleep for those of us on the bigger end of the spectrum and the girls with the small boobs just made up that lie about that cancer bc they're jealous

I've slept with a bra ever since I was old enough to wear a bra I can't sleep braless other wise it is really uncomfortable and actually hurts me
