You would bleed if you tore or was very rough sex. Some stds don't have symptoms. I'd get std tested. HIV, syphillis, Aids, Hepatitis B and C , herpes can be tested through blood. Yes you can get stds by oral. That's why they make dental dams.

Cold sores  (a TYPE of herpes ) is not necessarily sexually transmitted. Cold sores cam also be inherited.
