pregnant right after miscarriage?????7

I was 8 weeks when I found out I was going to miscarry Jan 23rd. I had a d&c done Jan 27th. I put the nuvaring in feb 7th. Me and my bf started having sex that day but didn't finish. This week starting on feb 13th I started having hunger pains as I did with the last pregnancy that I miscarried. Could I be pregnant again that soon. If I don't start my cycle I'm going test the beginning of march.
