Does he like me?

So this picture is the perfect representation of the type of person I am.... I will never believe someone likes me until they literally scream it from the rooftops and this always works to my disadvantage😂 I've been texting this boy for about 3 months now. It wasn't regular but it started to become an everyday thing like a week or two ago and he goes out of his way to ask me to hangout and it's an equal ratio between who sends the first text... so I think he might like me or is at least interested? But as girls, we always assume the meaning of the things that boys do so sometimes I am unsure. He's a Scorpio, so he is very secretive about his feelings and to top it off we are both kind of shy. Any thoughts?! Or do I just need to go with the flow...? I don't wanna make a move on him and I look stupid or something. (As I typed this I realized that I am def overreacting and he prob does like me but we will just ignore that🤷🏾‍♀️) I'm a sophomore in college by the way so we aren't too young
