baby girl due soon, the father bailed out

I dunno what should I do.. called for the helps and nothing can be done. They all advised you to make police report and sue him, but I'm struggling right now. What if he change and come back to us ? I mean, I don't want the baby and the father in bad relationship. Yes, he been MIA throughout the pregnancy and with tons of excuses. Every night sleep in tears and wake up shocking. Baby is healthy and kicking bouncing and jumping to make me remember that I have a life inside my body. I love my baby and I don't want anyone else to adopt her. I might young and still a college student, but I have plans for myself and my baby. Tell me what should I do ? Should I file a report against my baby daddy or follow the flows ?
