Midnight Shift

I work 11p-7a and I drive an hour to & from work. I've done this now for 2 years & getting sleep around my shot schedule has been hard. I'm the type of person once up I'm up so if I only sleep for 4hrs that's all I'll get because I'm too awake to get back to sleep. Now that I'm newly pregnant (3weeks) I'm worried about a sleep schedule. I'm lucky that I'm by myself & I can do basic whatever I want (except sleep lol). So I can get a lot done like exercise & edit my photos. Any advice would be great! Including eating & sleeping habits & normally I would stay up 24hrs on my day off but now... How do I make this work? How do you do it?
