copper IUD & Acne?

I've had the copper, non-hormonal IUD since last spring (beginning of May) and I've loved the birth control. However, I've been having constant chin acne since around the same time, something I never had. I'd been on the pill since I was 16 and barely ever experienced acne but now at 21, it's near CONSTANT (plus tiny bumps in the same area) Could this mean I need the hormones of a regular IUD/ BC to regulate ??
