help plz

Hey ladies I just want to know more info.  I'm 5 days late and I took a pregnancy test 3 times already and all negative. my period came back when my baby girl was 3 months old she's going to be 11 months in 2  days. I'm still breastfeeding as well. I'm experiencing nausea, a lot of cramping too. Idk does this mean I'm pregnant ? When should I test again? When I was pregnant with my girl I tested when I was 4 days late and it was positive so idk 😐 help! Thanks 😘
