Horrible dreams 🙈

I had a MMC last year & had D&C in December. Currently on 2nd cycle TTC.

Recently I've been dreaming of being pregnant again. First I dreamed I was told I was 18w pregnant which obviously couldn't be possible, then last night I dreamed I had a CT for some reason & was told there was a pregnancy sac there & the new baby was stuck to the one that I lost 🙈 I could see it & they both looked like babies! I said that's impossible because I had an op, they used suction to remove it all! Then I thought I was going to have this deformed baby which would need surgery when it was born. So strange.

I just know when I get a positive test again I'm going to be so worried 🙁
