My baby wants to grab EVERYTHING.

He fusses and whines when we don't take him to wherever he wants to go and when we don't hold him while he grabs whatever item he wants.. he can't crawl yet so he can't get to it himself.. so he whine for us to pick him up and then he reaches out towards where he wants to go and then he'll want to grab whatever is near him lol. He seems very curious to touch/look at every thing.. I just wish he didn't fuss/whine when he can't grab or get to something.. any way I can stop the fussing? Or do I have to wait until he can crawl and is less frustrated lol..
