It is probably just a blood clot if you are not pregnant. I had one just like that about 5 years ago. It was just a clot. Painful and messy but nothing wrong. Your period is probably starting now.

This was my miscarriage at 6weeks 5 days. Take a pregnancy test. If you say you just got off your period it could have been the start of miscarriage. I bleed for 5 days before mine passed

I would recommend to just see a Dr asap to make you feel better. It can go both ways. I miscarried last night and I had blood clots like that and I knew it meant something was wrong because I never get blood clots.  Just no matter what stay positive 💕

I get blood clots like that on my period. BUT if you suspect that you are pregnant, please go to the doctor right away, they can confirm if it was a miscarriage.
