Thanks for responding! Do for the highest day is that actually the day u ovulate or is it showing the day before ovulation?

It's the start of your fertile days which means you are ovulating so you have to BD all through your fertile window

High fertility is when you are in your fertile windows and peak is when you are at your highest day when your egg is ready to meet the sperm
