So last 2 days I've been experiencing intense cramping/ pulling around my belly button on both sides that are on and off. They last a couple minutes and that's it. I normally always have cramping a week before I'm due and then it'll be mild cramps that are achy around time AF is due. Then I'll start and that day or next I'll get bad period cramping with AF. I've never had what I'm experiencing now though. They are like sore where I want to sit or curl up and then disappear to nothing. I did have pulsing near below a few days before and while wiping yesterday I had like a thick cream off white discharge. Also had about 3 days ago ewcm like just not as thick?
