Okay so ever sense November I have been seeing black figures out of the corner of my eyes. We smudged the house, got me checked out by they eye doctor and he said I am fine. I am terrified to leave my room, I can't look out my window at night, and I have  no clue what is wrong with me. I think it may be a mental thing because something like this has happened in the past. I am always looking over my shoulder and I feel like I am being watched. Some please help, I am so scared.
