Day three of taking 1000 mg I've been on 500 for the last month of metformin and I woke up with the worst cramps I can't even describe them worse then any period cramps I've ever had ( I don't really cramp to bad on my period) it kept me up most of the night when I went to per I wiped and it was very light little spotting of blood like very light almost to where you couldn't tell......any thoughts or advice?
