Why do some women have a hard time getting pregnant?

If the sperm is okay, and you have pretty normal periods, why is it still hard for some to concieve?

Sometimes it's just unexplained infertility. It can be something like never having fertile CM so the sperm don't live long enough to make it to the egg, poor egg quality, not having a good lining for the egg to burrow into. Lots of reasons

I believe babies happen when they are needed. So if one isn't need at the time it won't happen until it is needed. And you never know they're needed until they come.

This is dh and I and it took us 10 years.  I'm 5 weeks tomorrow with our miracle baby!!  I don't ask why, I'm just so grateful.

My dr said it's because of we ovulate!! And for most couples you have to be trying a whole year before you should start to seek help.... but when I was young my hot ass got pregnant first damn time like wtf!!

Pregnancy is about timing! The timing has to be just right! 
Even one day is the difference between the two lines and one.

It can take two perfectly healthy people up to a year before it should be looked into.

I only have a period every few months, therefore I wasn't ovulating normally... we had to take Clomid to ovulate to get pregnant. Took over a year. I'm 25, he's 26, both healthy adults! It's just not easy for some :(
