Is anyone struggling with food?

I'm 7w2d and my god food is "killing" me! The smell the look anything having to eat ! I throw up pretty much after eating anytime in the morning. I can hold food better at night ! I have no interest in eating waaaah :(

I found that having a sour drink while eating helped :)

There's something here in India called 'nimbu pani', it's pretty much homemade lemonade, but super sour.

Basically; a crap load of Lemon, a spoonful of sugar, a pinch of salt, then topped up with ice cold water or soda. Sip that while you eat, and it does help. You can add a little fresh ginger to it too.

Also, lots of tiny small meals or snacks; crispy dry things stayed down for me.

Don't panic about 'not eating healthy' in the first trimester; anything is better than puking all the time. I couldn't eat salads at all during my first trimester, now, in my second, I gorge myself on fruit and salads all the time, but still eat other foods too. Love sour fruits at the moment!

This sums up my first trimester! 
It does get better though! 
The only thing I really can't eat and makes me want to throw up is chicken. Or like chunks of meat (steak for example)

But otherwise the food aversion stopped into my second trimester

It does eventually start to get better.. I went off loads of stuff evan chicken.. I'm 7 months pregnant and only just started again..just eat whatever u do want.. because if your on pregnancy vitamins that should help with baby getting what it needs.. x
