baby movements on cervix?

Not really sure how to word this. I'm 25 weeks and about once or twice a day, I feel a tingly feeling near my cervix. Sometimes it almost feels like my little girl is going to come right out of me or that she is tickling me in that area. I'm not in pain at all, just a super weird feeling. Anyone else feel this? My widwife last week said it's normal, but I obviously would feel better hearing from other mamas!
