diaper free baby or natural infant hygiene??

I saw this post about having a diaper free baby. Has anyone ever tried it? It would definitely safe a lot of money.

To each their own, but when my kid was a baby he had a ton of 'blow-out' diapers; and that in itself was a challenge at 3 in the morning with no sleep when he's still attached to my boob. All I could say is- good luck. Anyone who can do that is a baby whisperer.
