Back muscle spasms?

Question

I am 23 weeks and lately I have been having back muscle spasms randomly. Nothing I'm doing is bringing them on, I could be standing, sitting or laying down. The pain lasts about a minute or two but it completely takes my breath away and I can't move at all. Is anyone else experiencing this? Is this normal? 
 On a side note, I've never had any prior back injuries and this is my 3rd baby. I've never experienced this before with my other 2.

I had both back and chest spasms if you do alot of lifting that can cause them or the way you sit( if you're bent over alot) and it really sucks cause there is nothing you can take for it besides laying down

Are you hydrated? Getting enough magnesium, calcium, and potassium? Are you caring bigger then your last two pregnancies? How is your posture, and are you using your body day to day in the same ways you were with the last two pregnancies?
