tips for naturally inducing labor?

I've spoke to my doctor and he told me that if I don't want to be induced it is safe for me to officially start trying to induce labor myself. Any tips or things you did to help induce yourself? Tips and feedback would be nice, I really don't want to be induce by the doctor (it's a small fear of mine, stupid I know, but still)

Well my sister walked a lot, bounced on a ball, tried eating fresh pineapple (basically everything she could find on google, except castor oil, DONT DO CASTOR OIL) and still ended up being induced at 42 weeks 😅 you can try all the above though! I've heard the best way is walking!

Walking, squats, sex, pineapple juice (these won't work unless your body is ready however) I've been walking, doing squats,  and having sex and still nothing lol

I like acupressure points on the hand, lower legs and feet. If you find a relaxing spot, turn the lighting low, diffuse some clary sage EO and massage those points. Add in some red raspberry leaf tea to sip on and you have a recipe for a relaxing area that is conducive to helping with labor induction. Remember, baby comes when they are ready, but you can do a lot to prep and make the labor easier and these are a good start. Good luck!
