Yep. I had a horrible time with my PCOS until I got on a pill that agreed with me.
I took that for a year before we decided we wanted to TTC.
I heard that the first month coming off the pill was the best for fertility in PCOS so I gave it a shot. When my period didn't come, I chalked it up to PCOS. 
Five months later here I am, 21 weeks with a very healthy little boy and pregnant on the first try after monster PCOS and doctors telling me it would never happen.

Yep. In fact, I'm certain it came back after my pregnancy. I think Feb '15, I went to a gyno that gave me the option to flush out my tubes and all (an HST?) and it was pretty painful. That May, I was pregnant with my son. All went well. My last cycle was in November and here it is Feb. and still no period :/
