Oh my god the leg cramps!!!
I just recently hit 31 weeks with my first pregnancy. Within the last few weeks I have been waking up several times with the worst charlie horses numerous times a night. Between that and the constant need to pee during the night, the leg cramps and my husbands need to never want to wear his cpap, I am averaging very little slto no sleep a night!
I will get them many times during the night and I am not sure why or how to prevent or reduce them. I drink my 100oz of water a day, I try to get to the gym 2 to 3 times a week to walk and I am pretty actice at work during the day.
I found that when one hits if I quickly poont my toes to my head it helps a bit. But it does not eliminate them through the night.
Does anyone have any ideas, tips or tricks on how to control them?
I have my 32 week apt Friday and will be asking there but I would like to sleep this week! 😃
