Not a lot of pg symptoms...

Okay so I'm 4w5d pregnant but the only symptoms I really feel is sore boobs. .. I was at my doctors at 3 weeks and my levels showed ok but I'm getting a little worried. I already had 2 mc's previously. Idk if I'm stressing myself out about nothing? ?!!
