Positive opk and trigger shot
Has anyone heard of doing the trigger shot when you get a positive opk? I talked to someone who does this protocol and was wondering as I have never have.
I've seen where after the trigger shot it can cause it to be a positive opk? But she test for O and when she gets a surge does the trigger.
