What's the earliest you can take a pregnancy test?

Just curious how early you took a pregnancy test and got a positive?

I don't know all the exact time frames for this stuff but I took mine like either the day my period was supposed to start or the day after.. I had irregular periods sometimes though so it could've just happened to be the right time lol

I got my positive last year 3 days before I was suppose to get my period. I was like barely 4 weeks pregnant lol

I took a pregnancy test the day after my missed period and it was negative, I didn't get a positive until a whole week after my missed period and even then it was the tiniest faint line. Even a blood test said I wasn't pregnant the week of my missed period.

With my first pregnancy I got a positive pregnancy test at 4 weeks. I had extreme morning sickness and was very moody. Found out at 6 weeks that we lost the baby and didn't actually complete the miscarriage until 10 weeks. I was still getting positive pregnancy tests and hormonal for a long time. With my second pregnancy I took a pregnancy test at what would've been 4 weeks and it was negative. I didn't end up getting a positive until I was 6 weeks. The doctor actually wouldn't confirm the babies gestational age until he was order and I went into labor on my due date. I also never had morning sickness and was much less hormonal. So I really think it can come up positive later for some people. The safest bet is to take one when you miss your period and if you still think you could be pregnant, try again again two weeks after your missed period.
