Getting over guilt when it comes to food
I eat clean the majority of the time but, occasionally I will indulge in something that is considered unhealthy. Right after I eat the certain food, I feel extremely bad about myself, think I'm going to wake up a few pounds heavier and, just feel guilty that I even thought about eating that way.
I am not sure it is normal to feel bad like this.
How do I get past it?
