lack of exercise

So I am just about 35 weeks old and I haven't worked out since about 25 weeks. I just totally lost my motivation and couldn't get myself to do it after running around all day as a teacher. Now that labor is approaching, I'm feeling nervous about my body being strong enough for labor ! I've gained 30lbs which is pretty much on point to where I should be but I don't feel physically strong. Anyone else ? Anyone else not work out with previous pregnancies? Not sure if it would be effective to do yoga and walk just for these last 5 weeks but might be worth it !
