Is it possible to become dairy sensitive while pregnant? I'm starting to notice a pattern of upset stomach after dairy consumption, specifically milk, ice cream, coffee creamer

You can become lactose intolerant at any point in your life.

I'm not sure about that but I know I can't drink chocolate milk or strawberry. And I can't eat ice cream (im guessing cause of the sugar in it) I can eat cheese still and drink white milk and eat cottage cheese. Come to think of it I just can't have sugary foods and drinks it makes me sick.  I miss my chocolate and my ice cream
. Lol I hope that goes away after I have my baby cause I still want it but .. ya know..

Yes it's possible! It happened with my last pregnancy and now with this pregnancy. I go back to normal after lol it has to do with your intestines not breaking down the enzymes fast enough

I actually had the opposite. .. I used to have sensitivity to dairy unless I was pregnant...then it didn't bother me. So weird but yes..I think it's normal

Yep! Happened to me before I even knew I was pregnant. It thankfully went away near the 3rd trimester. My friend was the opposite lactose intolerant her whole life but could eat dairy while pregnant.

Yep! My sister in law is lactose intolerant when she's pregnant. Her sister is pregnant normally, and then while she's pregnant she can eat all the ice cream she wants without any consequences.
