Hemorrhoids are killing me. I've been using PH with no luck. Anyone else having big issues?????? Ugh just need relief!!

Not sure if you had your baby yet, but if you go into labour they will get Soooo much worse, mine went to the size of grapes! I used witch hazel on a pad afterwards with hemmeroids ointment directly on and it took them away pretty good, make sure you are getting tons of fibre

My doc prescribed me some Rx strength cream and it worked miracles. Definitely 10x better than the over-the-counter stuff.

Witch hazel and applying coconut oil directly to the hemmerhoids helps.. I've had mine for 2 years off and on but just eating enough fiber, drinking plenty of water and exercise helps.

I have one that was really painful last week.  Every time I went to the bathroom, I cleaned around it with a witch hazel pad and then applied anti itch cream.  I took a bath once a day in Epsom salts with eucalyptus and peppermint.  I don't think the baths gave me much relief.  Then I decided to go for a walk on Saturday because I was feeling restless and after 15 minutes, felt really sick.  Called my hubs to pick me up because I felt I was just barely holding my poop in.  Got home and went.  My hemorrhoid had burst.  Two days later it still bleeds and I still wipe clots out of it, but it's not as irritating and painful as it was.  I wipe around it with witch hazel still and apply the cream as needed.

Soak a cotton ball or wet some toilet paper with witch hazel and apply it directly onto the hemmoroids for a few minutes.

I was having horrible pain, like oh kill me. After a bath I pushed them in (so gross) totally not a booty hole person but it gave me immediate relief. Maybe try it in the shower or bath? I tried the cream and witch hazel, ice pack. Pushing them back in was the only relief I got.
