I'm only 2 weeks and 3days since period so I'm not even pregnant yet but I'm already peering so much and feel a little nauseous every time I lay down could these be early signs of pregnancy kind freaking out here and I need answers.🤦🏾‍♀️

No probably not. Depending on cycle length you probably just ovulated or about to and then it takes 6-12 days for implantation to happen, and after that is when symptoms typically start.

Often our body will feel that way when we really want to be pregnant. I've experienced pregnancy symptoms before because I wanted it so badly, but I wasn't pregnant. 
Give it a bit more time and I hope it works out for you.
