best cramp remedies??

I have cramps from hell and have no idea how to ease them! I've tried ibeprophen and a heat pad but nothing is working!

Midol!! It's stronger than ibuprofen imo. Also, eat bananas and other food high in potassium, it'll ease the cramps. Naps can help just because you can't feel the pain while you're asleep but you can only do that if your not busy. Take warm baths.
