Is it safe to EAT alcohol?

Okay I'm not actually eating alcohol, but I just got these AMAZING delicious pretzels from my family with whisky IN it and I was wondering if it's safe to eat?? Because I just want to eat this whole bag it's so good but I don't want to risk anything. So safe, or not?

I would assume it would be as long as it was cooked with the whiskey in it, not added afterwards.

It's fine, the alcohol evaporates when baked.  It's just the flavor that's left.
