Cold sensation under the skin located below my ribs, preg related?

The past few days I have randomly felt this odd cold/wet sensation/dripping feeling (below the skin, on the outside my skin is warm to the touch) my right ribs and near my stomach. It tends to be where the baby is and where he kicks. It comes and goes. 
 
Has anyone else experienced this? It is so hard to explain and so very weird to me!
