Birth control while breastfeeding?
My son is now 7 months old, and I just read after 6 months you should get on birth control even if your period has not returned. I was on the mini pill but I guess after 6 months it is no longer reliable? Not sure how but what should I switch to? Will switching affect my milk supply?
