I'm 20 weeks and have been having what I think are contractions all day. They actually started about a week ago and I thought it was the baby moving flipping around but now I'm pretty sure it's not. It is a feeling like baby is pushing up against my stomach. It feels like my stomach is hard for a few seconds then it goes away. It's been happening quite often today. I'm fairly certain I'm not dehydrated because I drink about 3 liters of water a day. I'm going to contact my Dr tomorrow but should I worry?
