My SO's Father Tried to Convince Him to Break Up with Me Last Night

He came over from his fathers last night saying his dad only just realized we were actually dating (we've been together for a year now!!) and that his tried to convince him to break up with me because I was "overweight"

I don't think I'm that heavy... ): I'm almost 190lbs. Is that overweight?

I feel so gross and unattractive now. I've been trying to lose weight and my SO even brought that up last night, that I've been trying. (Though he said it more like, you've been trying, right?) It didn't really make me feel better and now I don't know what to do ): Any suggestions?
