Hey ladies.. So I'm in the process of about to start sleep training my lo to sleep through the night in her own crib.. I'm starting to figure out that naps affect night sleep.. What's your baby's schedule and do you have any tips for the transition?

Answer

I never did sleep training with either of my girls. And my sisters never did with my niece or nephew either. I think kids naturally work it out. Some take longer, some are quicker about it. They'll do it on their own given the opportunity though. They naturally start sleeping longer periods and eventually are sleeping all night. Then they naturally start taking shorter naps until naps are nonexistent. Don't stress over it too much.
