Arrived at 8pm last night and started pitocin at 9pm. Had mild contractions all night and went from 3cm to 5cm. At 7:30am my doctor broke my water and then things went really fast! The contractions were almost unbearable and I got on all fours. When the nurse came in I told her I felt like I needed to push. She quickly checked my cervix and confirmed I was ready to go. Baby girl was born at 8:27, no pain meds! I know I was scared that pitocin would mean pain meds or a c section but I was able to have the natural birth I wanted!
