do you and ur bf have different opinions on a fetus/baby life

I'm not trying to get political or support one side. But I'm in college and asked my boyfriends opinion saying I got pregnant today would he want an abortion ect. I am at one extreme and wanted to know his opinion and he's at the other. Is anyone else like this? He said because we both are in school and our parents couldn't help that much since they live far. To clarify this is all a fake scenario so I don't need to be preached at.
