pregnancy possibility

So I have Essure in place and it took me bout 6 months to start getting my period but since august I have been getting one. No later then the 16-17 I have it. I normally get mine 15th or 16th of every month and it's gone within 4 days. It's now the 20th and no sign of my period. Also my period was extremly light last month. I really hope I'm not, I have the coils around my tubes because I never want to be pregnant again. Not sure what to do at this point. I'm most definitely going crazy here.
