so me and my boyfriend were talking about getting babygirl stuff , well I asked him if he was and he said when she's here it's easier for him to get her stuff so i told him she needs it before she's born so what do you mamma's think ? Hes going to be a first time dad so no rude comments

It's not his fault, I think most guys feel that way. A woman becomes a mother as soon as she finds out she's pregnant. A man becomes a father when he holds his child for the first time. This is all still abstract to him, and he might not be that excited about baby shopping. 
I would get the basics before baby is here (crib, nursing chair, diapers, wipes, a few basic outfits. But I wouldn't go over the top. A lot of stuff can be bought after baby comes, and you have a better idea of what you really need.

He just doesn't know that's ok. But he could be worried too.  How far along are you now?  I'm going to shop at 24 weeks. But after 2 losses I don't want to MC And then come home to baby stuff. But my partner doesn't want to wait until the end. So we just come to an agreement. You can convince him to get a few starter things.  What about a baby shower?

Most guys don't feel connected throughout pregnancy. Completely normal! My husband is going to be a first time dad and really doesn't understand why I'm buying diapers, wipes, clothes and other things because he thinks it makes more sense to buy when she's here! He'll realize that when were stocked up and don't have to get out to get things! You got to think, were already mommas (we feel, nurture and provide for sour babys already!) they won't be able to do what we do until babys here!

I'm 35 weeks and my husband hasn't bought anything lol . I actually didn't buy anything until after I had my shower at 33 weeks . Then I went off my registry and bought what we needed for baby. Of course my money is his money . But not one thing has he bought on his own ! I think he just can't imagine the baby yet ... sometimes even I can't lol

Definitely before. You're going to be too busy and realize oh I need this and this after and it'll just be a hassle. And it's just not good to be unprepared for such a huge change in life. My boyfriend has been buying stuff before we knew what we were having now that we know we've been getting more boy stuff and I'm having a shower so I'll be getting more then. But you definitely want to be prepared. You'll probably regret not having stuff now. I mean you know the gender so why not. It won't be easier to wait.
