This is on my left leg! It's scattered In different areas on my leg...any ideas??  I'm 18 weeks. Other picture in comments.

Could be a reaction to the material you were wearing, or if you've changed your laundry soap/dryer sheets? That could cause a reaction too. Try letting it air out (best you can) for a few days and if it doesn't go away or gets worse, see a doctor.
